I'm taking part in Pedal the Borders on 10th September to raise vital funds for Lingen Davies Cancer Fund. The 100km  route that I'm doing takes in the stunning scenery of the Shropshire and Mid Wales border.Please sponsor me to complete this cycling challenge...every penny will make a difference!
