Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my page.

I’m making it my mission to spread awareness and raise funds to prevent this tragedy happening to anybody else.

Ezra was a funny, inquisitive and healthy 17 month old boy who loved dinosaurs. He showed no signs of any illness until three days before he died. The speed at which he turned septic was scary. He died of Group A Streptococcus Sepsis with multi-organ failure.

Ezra’s decline was so quick I don’t think there was a chance he would have survived BUT with more awareness and funding we can prevent 14,000 of these deaths a year.

Sepsis kills more people than bowel, breast and prostate cancer.

Learn the symptoms, donate if you can and never be afraid to ask “COULD IT BE SEPSIS?”

Sepsis accounts for 48,000 deaths annually in the UK, that’s more than breast, bowel and prostate cancer put together. Sepsis is what happens when our immune system overreacts to an infection. Symptoms initially present as flu like but can rapidly deteriorate into a life threatening condition.
