Ezra was an outstanding young person who was taken from us too soon. He truly embodied the values of North Woods Camp and lived by its pillars of honesty, caring, respect, and responsibility. He was a leader, participating in the camps Leader-in-Training Program during the summer of 2017 and hoped to be on staff one day. Camp was a place where Ezra looked forward to going to every year. He knew he belonged, felt supported, and had many true friends. He LOVED camp. 

In March of 2018, our hearts broke forever when Ezra passed away following a long and courageous battle with leukemia. To honor his memory, each year we raise funds to support campers scholarships for North Woods Camp so that others may experience the positive impact of camp, just as Ezra did.
