Solent Mind are Hampshire's leading mental health charity. They provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services and raise awareness.

40,000 people are supported by Solent Mind each year

4,000 children and young people received mental health education from Solent Mind

Mental health is so important and this charity helps support young people across the southern region. 1 in 10 children and young people are currently affected by a mental health problem and 50% of mental health problems in adult life take root before the age of 15. Supporting children and young people to look after their mental wellbeing and build emotional resilience is so important so please help us to raise money.
