Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
For the year 2021 I am going to be doing at least 20 (I've upped it to 35 from day 101) squats every day. I want to try and raise £1 for every squat I do, so 365 (days x20) is 7300 hence my target of £7300.
Mental health issues affect everyone in one way or another. Whether as a sufferer or a supporter. It certainly affected me for a number of years! I want to be able to contribute to a charity who deals with mental health so what better way than with a bit of exercise
