My name is Eve and I am 9 years old.  My grandad has Alzheimers and I miss sharing all my football achievements with him because I know he would be very proud of me. Its also very difficult for my grandma to look after him and I feel that I need to do something to help them and other people in this situation.

I love keeping very fit and being active, I also love a challenge.  To help other people who are also in this situation I am going to run 100k over a number of weeks to help raise money for this great charity.
