Story

In April 2015, a British expedition consisting of Ted Atkins, Duncan Law, Deri Llewlleyn-Davies, Adam Mason, Andrew Elliman (Summit Team) & Neil Laughton, Sat Bains, Jon Maguire, Adrian Bridge, Dr Keith MacDonald (Dinner Party Team) will set out to climb Mt Everest by the North Ridge, en-route attempting to break the Guinness World Record for the Highest Formal Dinner Party.

Sat Bains, the Two Michelin Star Chef, has created a bespoke menu which he will cook at 7,100m.  To thank the Sherpa community for its sacrifices over years of expeditions our Nepalese Sherpas will be served to this special dinner by us, the climbers.  In addition to raising awareness of the Sherpa community we are fundraising for Community Action Nepal (CAN), the charity founded by Doug Scott CBE, which is committed to helping the mountain people of Nepal.
