My day job is Radiological Protection of workers, the public and the environment. As such, I am a member of the professional body for this type of work which is the Society for Radiological Protection (SRP).

The SRP have recently set up a Benevolent Fund to help out members of the society in need of assistance as a result of unforeseen circumstances.

The Benevolent Fund is new and is being launched during the 50th anniversary of the society. As a new charity, it needs funds to be able to offer out assistance to my peers and colleagues if they fall on hard times and need assistance. Please give generously to be able to make a difference to the lives of people facing aversity and in need of short term support.
