I am taking part in this challenge as a chance to raise money for the British Heart Foundation because of the brilliant work they do. In 2012 my Dad had a heart attack and if it wasn't for the great work, dedication and research that charities such as the BHF do he might not be here today. It's also being held on Father's Day so even more reason to rise to the challenge whilst doing something i love (cycling) and raise money for a very worthy cause.
