Story
I am Evan and I am raising money for PASIC. I am going to walk an extra 40 miles between 21st June and 21st July with my Mum, Dad and 5 year old sister Emily.
In 2017 I had just started in reception at Sudbury Primary School when "Tuba" erupted🌋 in my tummy. "Tuba" was a kind of cancer called a Wilms' tumour in my left kidney.
To get rid of Tuba I had to have chemotherapy, radiotherapy and an operation which left a ginormous scar.
On the 21st June 2018, my doctor called Sophie, said tuba had gone🎉.
PASIC help children who have cancer, and their family, during treatment and for three years after. They arrange days out and parties and talk to their parents.
PASIC made me feel happy and excited on days out and at parties while I was extremely poorly and when i was being better.
I have chosen to walk 40.0 miles because PASIC support 400 families in the East Midlands every year. #4the400
THANK YOU PASIC for helping me.
PASIC cancer support for children and young people. We’re here for the whole family. Our vision is that no East Midlands family faces childhood cancer alone.
