After loosing my brother to suicide in 2019 I have decided to take part in this year's Ride London a 100 mile cycle challenge to raise £1000 for Mind. 

Mental illness is a very dark place and Mind offer a lifeline to anyone in desperate need of support. £15 could help campaign for better access to talking therapies, crisis care and other essential mental health services. £21 could keep there online support service Elefriends running for one hour. A small donation could go a long way and potentially save a life.
