In November 2013, my older brother Lewis tragically took his own life at the young age of 35. I will be running this race in memory of him.

Please take the time to check in on people if you're concerned about them. Samaritans and Calm Zone both tackle this issue directly and would be able to offer support at short notice, while Movember does a great job of bringing awareness to the matter, and this is who I am raising money for as they are running the event.
