Last weekend I heard that the mum of a very good friend of mine was recently diagnosed with MND. Seeing the amazing efforts her family and friends have already put into raising funds for the Motor Neuron Disease Association, I felt compelled to do something to help.

So I thought that my participation in the Dublin Tough Mudder would be a good enough reason to get all you lovely people supporting this worthwhile cause.
