On Thursday 16th and Wednesday 22nd December Avanti West Coast's Customer Service Assistants, Nichola and Neil, will be bringing the Christmas cheer to Euston Station by performing Christmas favourites for people travelling through the station during the holiday season.

We will be taking donations with all proceeds going to Action for Children, who are helping young people on their journey to better mental health.

Even prior to the coronavirus pandemic, life for many vulnerable children had reached breaking point. 850,000 children and young people are struggling with a diagnosable mental health condition in the UK. That’s one child in ten. 

The added challenges and long-term impact of the coronavirus will be felt by children, young people and their families for many years to come. 

As 75% of all mental illness in adult life starts before the of age 18, it is vitally important that all children and young people have access to the services and support they need. 

With your support, Action for Children will continue to be there for children and young people who need support with their mental health and wellbeing. Your donations will be put towards Action for Children's Enrichment Fund and mental health programmes, thus directly supporting children and young people on their journey to better mental health.
