The last time I did anything for the BHF was a 50k run at Whitelees windfarm, which had 1,500 feet of climb, way back in 2016. For some reason, 2 kids, i have slacked and not done anything since. Cue 10th of July 2021 (should have been 2020 but we all know what happened) Team Thomson will be packing up the car so I can get my ass round a 55km ultra through the beautiful Lake District, with 7,000 feet of climb. The target is 6 hours, but I will take finishing at this time. 

Please dig deep and give what you can for this great cause. The motivation it gives me knowing they are benefiting from my pain is all i need to get round this.
