Good morning ladies and gentlemen,

To help raise funds for disaster relief in Haiti a member of our team at Exemplar has organised a 24 hour bikeathon, all funds raised will go to the DEC Haiti Earthquake Appeal and below is a link to their website

Delightedly I have put myself down for a one hour stint on the bike and I would kindly ask you all to put your hands in your pockets and sponsor me for what will be a massive physical challenge (for me at least). 

We as a group of employees have already raised Hundreds of Pounds and I would ask you to donate generously.

If any of you have any questions please feel free to ask and yes there will be an emergency medical team on site whilst I am doing my bit.
