Etta’s school has set students a challenge this summer to see if they can raise funds for the school PTFA. Etta initially suggested doing a sponsored silence, but knowing that she wouldn’t last two minutes I suggested we had a rethink! Etta has decided to create a painting a day in August, and she hopes to have painted all of her classmates by the end of the month.

Lawn School PTFA brings together parents, carers, teachers and friends of the primary school and its Allestree community. We raise money for the school so that all pupils regardless their backgrounds can have access to the best learning environment, equipment and facilities to become open minded, kind, considerate and resilient global citizens. We want to encourage school to be a source of community engagement and enhancement and the children to be integral part of it.
