Walk for Wards: Epsom and St Helier Hospitals Charity · 7 April 2019 ·

On Sunday 7 April, Epsom and St Helier Hospitals Charity would like to invite you to join us in walking eight miles from Epsom to St Helier hospitals, in an effort to raise money for Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust.

Story

Patients, local people and staff of Epsom and St Helier hospitals are being invited to put on their walking shoes and join a fundraising and celebratory event to mark the Trust’s 20th anniversary this April.

On Sunday 7 April the Epsom and St Helier Hospitals Charity will host the first ever Walk4Wards event – an eight mile (13 kilometre) walk starting at Epsom Hospital and ending at St Helier Hospital, via the sights of Epsom town centre, the woodlands of Nonsuch Park and down Sutton High Street (and avoiding the big hills of the Downs).

Our team from Epsom Health and Care will be putting their best feet forward to raise funds for Croft Community Unit, Britten Ward and the @Home Service. We would love to provide additional equipment to enhance the experience of our patients, their families and carers during their hospital stay and whilst we continue to support them at home.
