Music in Hospitals & Care is a charity passionate about improving the wellbeing of children and adults through live music. Through the challenges of recent months, many of us have come to appreciate just how important music is to our wellbeing. As live music events across the world were cancelled and postponed, we took to live stream events in our millions to experience the joy and connection that music can offer. Music in Hospitals & Care have been able to quickly adapt to the situation and are now able to offer sessions using live stream technology for people in care homes and hospitals, who have been even more isolated and vulnerable during this challenging time. I am taking part in the Virtual Great North Run to help Music in Hospitals & Care continue sharing Joy Through Live Music in these difficult times.
