3.64 mile may not seem like a lot, but I have not been doing any exercise since my daughter was born 9 years ago! I need to be able to keep up with her, so this will be a first step to becoming more active and healthy. 

But most importantly, I want to raise funds for Heart n Soul. It is an amazing charity who create art with people with learning disabilities.  Heart N Soul runs free and affordable high-quality creative sessions where participants explore their creativity through music making, visual art, and DJing. Ifeoma, an artist and participant said: "Hearn N Soul means being less isolated, getting stimulated and motivated, getting skills, being together and happy"
