Fundraising for Sobell House Hospice Charity
Story
As a business Edgars likes to work closely with Sobell House, and now they need our support more than ever. We have each set up an individual page, linked to the Edgars 2.6 Challenge and have set individual targets to reach our overall goal as a business.
I will be selling the sunflower growing kits from the front of my house with an honesty jar or you can donate to my fundraising page and I will deliver locally.
I thought this would be a good idea for any one to grow and enjoy, in the current situation, as the saying goes "Where flowers grow, so does hope". I would love to see how your sunflowers grow!
Save the UK's CharitiesGeneral fundraising has been hit very hard by the COVID-19 pandemic. Thousands of fundraising events have been cancelled and many charities, particularly smaller ones, are struggling to maintain services because of this huge reduction in income.This impacts all sectors of society from children to the elderly as well as the vital work in areas such as palliative care, serious diseases, mental health, housing support, food supplies and countless others that charities support.
