The Christie is a Cancer Care Centre in Manchester that carries out invaluable treatments, education and research in the fight against Cancer.

On 7 Sept 2013, I will be taking part in a 4 day walk along (up and down) the Inca trail in Peru to help fundraise for this charity so close to my heart.

My mum was looked after brilliantly by the amazing staff at this hospital, who are constant professionals and keep a positive environment during such difficult times.

I am trying to raise as much money as possible to help their excellent work continue. Also to say a big thank you to all who cared for our fabulous mum and supported us through our most difficult time.

Please give as much as you can to help Christies continue their valuable work and get a step closer to fighting this disease.
