Colour Run = done! I've (just about) washed all the powder paint off now, my legs are a bit sore and I'm reflecting on the fact I have completed my first 5km - it wasn't even as bad as I thought it'd be in fact. The atmosphere and andrenaline buoyed me along, along with the explosions of paint that hit you at every 1km marker, and I completed the run in half an hour. Then live music, danicng, paint and water fights outside wembley arena. This really was the most brilliant Sunday. Thanks for all your support!
