Are you aware of the problems that are taking place in East Africa ?

More than nine million people in East Africa are facing a devastating lack of food and water which is resulting to famine and malnutrition, thousands of children are treking for days in search of food and lose their lives on the way . Families have faced persistent drought for many years – but the situation is now critical. 2011 has been the driest year for 60 years. 

What you can do to help the lives of 10 million people:

- £5 will provide a case of bottled water

- £20 will provide food for a family for 2 weeks

- £50 will provide clean water for 1000 people

- £100 will provide a medical kit

Stop for a second and just think: of all the time and money we waste on things that we don't even need, then think about how even little of that money could help thousands in East Africa to just survive! In this blessed month of Ramadhan I am asking for your donations;
