Action on Hearing Loss are a fantastic charity offering support and hope & conducting research for those with hearing loss or tinnitus. I myself suffer from mild tinnitus so I'm keen to raise as much as I can to help fund the excellent work the charity does. 

I've been lucky enough to secure a place on the Action on Hearing Loss Team in the Great North Run. This is both a personal challenge as it represents my first ever half marathon & a chance to raise funds for the charity while I conquer 13.1 miles.

The Great North Run is a massive event and I'm really looking forward to taking part. I'm joined in the Action on Hearing Loss Team by three of my Esendex colleagues.
