Hi everyone,

My dad was diagnosed in 2013  and had his prostate removed .

Unfortunately it had spread but he continues to beat it everyday and even though I don’t tell him enough I couldn’t be prouder.

Prostate Cancer UK helped him through it a lot and the work they do and research in to beating this horrible thing is amazing .

I want to try and give something back and show my dad how proud I am that he continues to beat it every day .

Myself and my dog Bear are going to walk the whole of Offas Dyke in 12 days, 176 miles ,camping and staying along the way.

Please, any thing you can give to this fantastic charity will be amazing.
