We fund research into childhood cancer to save and improve young lives

Story

Hi, I'm Eryn Crowhurst and I'm 10 years old, and when I was 2, I had Wilms tumours on both of my kidneys and the cancer had spread to my lungs. Thanks to the best doctors at the Royal Marsden Hospital and Great Ormond Street Hospital after 10 months of medicine and surgery, I kicked Cancer's butt.

I have decided to use my personal triathlon goals to raise money for the Children with Cancer UK Charity. My dad says that whatever I raise he will match up to £250 , but if i come 1st, 2nd or 3rd in the 2018 Castle Triathlon Series overall, he will double whatever I have raised up to £500. So help me to ensure my dad has to make a big donation -I''ll be trying my hardest to make sure its a £500 bill for him by coming in the top 3 overall in the Girls under 9&10 category.

Almost 4,000 children and young people are diagnosed with cancer every year in the UK. That’s ten every day. Children with Cancer UK is the leading national children’s charity dedicated to the fight against childhood cancer. We fund life-saving research into the causes, prevention and treatment of childhood cancer and we work to protect young lives through essential welfare programmes.
