On the 5th of September I will be taking part in the Tri For Life triathlon at Dorney Lake, Eton hoping to raise £1,000 for the Dallaglio Foundation and in particular for Cancer Research campaign.

That's the first bit of news, the second is I have never done a triathlon before and in preparation have done zero training, it can't be that hard though surely.

I appreciate that many of you will have been kind enough to have sponsored me on the Dallaglio Cycle Slam and I was very proud to have been part of that and helping to raise over £1m.

But life moves on and although most of us are all very privileged so many more are not. Cancer Research is close to my heart having lost a sister at a young age to cancer and therefore any donation no matter how small would be so kind.
