Hospice Virtual Walk 2021 · 18 April 2021 ·
As many of you already know, our hearts were broken on 11th January 2021 when we lost James McLean. A Husband, Father, Grandfather and great grandfather. Among many other things.
NI Hospice were crucial in helping our family to take care of Daddy at home. Their kindness and empathy for Daddy and the whole family was incredible. Helping us all to navigate one of the most difficult times of all our lives. They carried out their job professionally, especially in the middle of a pandemic and we as a family cannot praise and thank them enough.
We are walking 10k to raise money for the Hospice and in memory of an incredible man, whom we will love and miss forever ❤
Northern Ireland Hospice cares for over 4,000 babies, children and adults living with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions, both in their Adult Inpatient Unit and in the community.COVID-19 has had a devastating impact on the Hospices' funding and we really need your support, now more than ever this year. All funds raised from this year's Hospice Walk will enable us to continue to provide our vital palliative care services.Thank you.
