What am I doing?

Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page! At the end of June I will be attempting my first marathon! My brother and I have signed up to complete the Midnight Sun Marathon in Norway,
running from 8pm in Tromsø - 217 miles north of the Arctic Circle! https://www.msm.no/en/. 

!! Disclosure: I collapsed after my half last year, so depending
on how training goes, I may amend my run to a Half Marathon !!

Why am I doing it?

My passion for human rights law grew out of my love for animals and my time fundraising for the Whale and Dolphin Conservation Society (WDC). A-LAW are a fantastic group of volunteers who run the UK Centre for Animal Law. They work to promote knowledge and understanding - both amongst lawyers, universities, animal protection groups and the wider public - about animal protection laws in the UK and abroad, and how we can secure more comprehensive and effective laws and better enforcement of existing animal protection laws. https://www.alaw.org.uk/
