With two colleagues from Brize Norton, Phil Strongman and Thomas Edwards, I am joining the 50 strong ISS team and representing ISS Defence in this wonderful event.

Think of us on Sunday morning when its cold, windy and raining- that the current forecast anyway!!I I've done some training (but nothing like enough) so its going to be a tough few hours! Of course I've got all the new lycra, so I'll be fine!!
