My daughter, Emmie, is planning to cut off her long hair to give to the little princess trust and she would love it if you would sponsor her to do so!

Ever since I can remember Emmie always wanted to grow hair as long as Rapunzel!! She has always been very reluctant to even get a trim, only letting the tiniest amount to be trimmed off on the very occasional visits to the hair salon. This all changed recently when she learnt that her hair could make a real difference to someone else in the form of a wig. Not content with just donating her hair, she also wanted to make an impact on other peoples lives by raising money for another charity by asking people to sponsor her hair cut.

All money raised will be going to the Teenage Cancer Trust, who offer unique care and support to young people who have been diagnosed with cancer. They help them with many things from dealing with the initial diagnoses, to coping with exams and reintegration back into school after long periods away and also providing special units where young people facing cancer can feel more at home and can meet other people their age going through the same thing.

So please help Emmie raise her total  by donating what ever you can, even if it is just a small amount.
