I was born Deaf and am also registered blind.  I was diagnosed with Kidney failure 3 years ago so have undergone gruelling Dialysis treatment.  Recently I was lucky enough to find a perfect match so I have a new kidney!  I want to give something back by helping others.  This is why I am attempting my first race, only three months after my Kidney Transplant!
