Anybody who knows me, knows I hate treadmills.
With treadmills making up a third of this challenge (along with resistance exercises and intensity bodyweight exercises) this is sure to be a challenge.
45 minute classes, one every day of February. That's 1,260 minutes of hardcore exercise (or 420 minutes of treadmill!!)
But all in the name of a good cause - St Luke's, who have recently been of help to my family friends Mark, Debs, Rebecca & Lucy.
I'm doing this challenge in memory of the lovely Debs, who passed away on the 2nd January this year.
