I am running a 10k, or attempting to (!?) on the 18th November this year in loving memory of David, my younger brother who died suddenly from a haemorrhage in November. We all miss him so dearly every day, our world is not the same without him.

Having not run since the 1500 metres at school over 20 years ago, just finishing will be an achievement for me! So please dig deep and donate to this worthy cause.
