Nearly 5 years on and I feel ready to really help others going through the trauma of a diagnosis of serious abnormality during pregnancy. 

The ARC helpine is the only source of impartial support for families going through this pain - all too common and sadly on the increase. Every time a pregnant mum goes for a scan - a referral to ARC could be the outcome.  Yet ARC receive no government funding and rely on donations to do their great work. 

Every year I try to raise some vital funds for ARC. I will match any money donated. 

Rest assured this is a huge challenge, after babies and surgery, I only really started running in Sept 2013 - and couldnt manage 5k. I've slowly built up over a wet winter and my aim is to get round without stopping! This will be my first race ever....13 long hilly miles of it!
