Running sorts my head out, so I'm keeping it up and I thought I'd better wang some more money at charity whilst I do it. I'm joining Cancer Research UK's Race for Life this year, once in Battersea Park and then again on Hampstead Heath. FUN TIMES. I may even try and run it in less than 35 mins (doubtful...) Do chuck some cash my way if you can - it's quick, easy and totally secure and we can get it into the mitts of the researchers so they can do more of their thing to prevent, diagnose and treat the big C.
