Story
Thank you for visiting our page. We are going to be completing the Three Peak Challenge on the 2nd June 2023 (rescheduled from 2019 due to covid 19 and pregnancy) in order to fundraise in support of Mind. We have already raised £1175 of the total amount on our original fundraising account with Virgin Money, this has already been sent to the charity - thank you all who donated! This account is to fundraise the remaining amount.
With one in four of us developing a mental health problem every year, the charity provides advice and support to anyone who is experiencing from poor mental health. Also, Mind Charity has a blue light program to help tackle the stigma of poor mental health and empowers emergency service workers to make positive changes to their well being. Statistics by Mind show that 27% of emergency workers have even contemplated taking their own lives due to poor mental health.
The three peak challenge involves climbing the three highest peaks within England, Scotland and Wales all within twenty four hours. We aim to completely self fund this challenge so that every penny donated goes straight to the charity. Please support us and help share this fundraising page.
