Anyone can get Parkinson’s. It gets worse over time and there’s no cure. Yet. Funding research into the most promising treatments, we’re getting closer to a cure. Until then, we're improving life for people with Parkinson’s, and the people in their lives. Together we'll find a cure.

Story

Hello All

Thank you for visiting my Just Giving page.  I am running the London Marathon 2012 in order to raise money for a very worthwhile charity, and to achieve a personal ambition to run the London Marathon.

I am running for Parkinson's UK.  I chose this charity because of my experience of the disease through a project I undertook into the quality of life in Parkinson's patients, and my subsequent understanding of the dramatic impact it has on people's lives.

I am hugely looking forward to the run and as ever, will put everything I have into it.  I hope you can help me to achieve my fundraising target of £1700.

Thank you so much and I will keep you up-to-date with my progress.
