So for those of you that don't know, I was offered a place in the Virgin London Marathon 2013!

This will be my first marathon despite a few 10k's in the past and I'm aiming for a time under 4hr 30min...

I'll be running for Cancer Research UK in memory of my Grandad and am aiming to raise £2000.  Anything you can donate will be much appreciated :)
