Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I have just accepted a place in the London Marathon 2023 after being on the reserve list since October. I now have 11 weeks (eek!) to train for my first marathon and would REALLY appreciate your support!

I am running the London Marathon for Bowel Cancer UK which is the UK’s leading bowel cancer charity. They are committed to funding research that improves the prevention, early detection and treatment of the disease. Their current campaign ‘Never Too Young’ aims to provide better diagnosis, treatment and care for bowel cancer patients under 50. I chose to run for Bowel Cancer UK as my amazing friend Helen was diagnosed with Bowel Cancer at the age of 37 and she has benefited from the advancements in life extending treatments over the last few years.

Please donate whatever you can so Bowel Cancer UK can continue to improve the lives of those living with Bowel Cancer.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity.

Thank you!

Emma
