Belamy and I are going to be completing this year's Beach to Beacon 10k in support of the Center for Grieving Children, and in honor of Miya, our sister/sister-in-law and the very best of friends. The race takes place on Saturday, August 5th, just days after the 2nd anniversary of her death.

We are hoping to raise $1,000 in support of Center families and would greatly appreciate any size donation. This is a cause that is very near and dear to both of our hearts-- we know how grief can stop everything. From my time working at the Center, I've seen how time slowly begins to move again as families are able to settle into this place of safety, without any judgement, and to see other families healing and begin to believe that it is possible for them too.
