I'm running the Great North Run for the 1st time for #TeamStroke!  Unfortunately my mum suffered a stroke and with all the help and support she  received it made her the mum she is today we are lucky that we still have mum to talk to as a lot of people don't get that chance.

There are over 1.3 million stroke survivors in the UK, and my mum is one of those
