I have now completed my 10k run - I completed it in 1 hour and 10 minutes so I am pretty pleased as it was a ridiculously hot day!  Thank you to all those who have donated so far, your support is fantastic!  My page is live for while longer yet so if you haven't yet donated, there is still time and the Motor Neurone Disease Association can benefit from your donations!

My Dad was diagnosed with this horrendous disease in 2006 and died in early 2007.  During his illness the charity were fantastic, they provided lots of support and advice and were even able to provide funding to help make changes around the house to make my Dad more comfortable.

I would really like to be able to give something back to them so they can help other families who are coping with this debilitating disease.
