UPDATE!!!

I did it!!! PHEW!!! Thank you all for your support, encouragement and sponsorship! I have been completely overwhelmed by the generosity of you all - huge thanks and much appreciation. New hair do feels weird I have to admit, and will take some getting used to but I'm not nearly as traumatised I as thought I would be!! Haha. Hope you like the photos!!

Hello!!

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Well, I've decided to take the plunge and have 10 inches of my beautiful long locks chopped off and all in the name of charity!! On the face of it this may not seem like a big gesture, but as I've never had short hair before, believe me, it's a huge deal! The big day is on Thursday 27th May!! Crikey, will be here before I know it!!! All money raised will go to Cancer Research UK and my hair will be donated to a company that specialises in making wigs for children who lose their hair whilst undergoing cancer treatment. Any sponsorship you wish to pledge will be very gratefully received. Thank you all for your support and encouragement - keep it coming!!!
