As you will be aware i have certified myself as crazy and agreed to do a swim on Christmas day......in the sea.

Why?  For those of you that dont't know my father was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer nearly three years ago and has battled the disease ever since.  Anything we can do to help anyone suffering with cancer is worth it....... so dig deep!
