As a family we have been supporting Winston's Wish; a charity that helps families, particularly children, after the death of a parent or sibling. We are fortunate to have strong family support during this difficult time, but there are others who are less fortunate and rely on Winston's Wish for support.

My brothers, Ed and Simon, raised £5000 after completing the 3 Peaks Challenge in 2008, and Simon completed the London Marathon this year, raising a further £2000.

Now it is my turn! I am running in the Great North Run (13.1 miles) on Sunday 20th September and I hope you will sponsor me.
