Hello! 

I am running a half Marathon in May and having only ever ran 5K, seeing this as a bit of a challenge and a way to raise money for Alzheimers Research UK.

My nan Ethel has dementia and we have seen the disease slowly take her away from us, any money I can raise through running to help research Alzheimers will be amazing. 

I am hoping to get from 5K to 22K by May!
