Hi,

You may not know that my cousin died suddenly and tragically of a stroke at Christmas. He leaves behind a young and still growing family. My Dad also suffered a stroke nearly 4 years ago and relies on the continued support of the Stroke Association to lead something of a normal life.

I know it's only 5km (!), but it's here to run in the near future, so please give in the spirit rather than the distance!
