You've seen the constant RunKeeper posts on Facebook and a lot of you have had to endure my ramblings, but I really will be running the 'Big One' again, this time in a little place called BARCELONA!! Woohoo!

This sounds like an excuse for a holiday, but it's the same old struggle I've put myself through the past few months.

The early morning runs, giving up my Sundays for the runners church, blisters, shin splints, icy runs, snowy runs, wet runs... You name it, I've ran it!!

I am not running specifically for a charity this time, but if you feel like sparing a few pennies for my hard work, then they will be going towards 'Refuge' (who I ran London for last year).

'Refuge' do great work for women and children suffering from domestic violence; information about the charity can be found by following the below link.
